About Our Founder – Kim
With over 10 years of nursing experience, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge in aged care, dementia support, pathology, community nursing, emergency care, inpatient mental health, and clinical nursing. Her person-centred approach ensures every participant feels respected, supported, and empowered.
Kim is passionate about continuous improvement, keeping her team up to date with the latest training and encouraging open feedback to deliver excellence in care.
